A27<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygulama sonras\u0131nda hastalar\u0131n <strong>d\u00fczeltilmemi\u015f ve d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f g\u00f6rme keskinli\u011finde anlaml\u0131 iyile\u015fme<\/strong>, sferik ve silindirik k\u0131rma kusurlar\u0131nda belirgin azalma ve maksimum keratometri de\u011ferlerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca korneal d\u00fczensizli\u011fi yans\u0131tan topografik indekslerde anlaml\u0131 d\u00fczelmeler g\u00f6zlenmi\u015f, korneal stabilitenin bir y\u0131ll\u0131k takip s\u00fcresince korundu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. A27<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Progresif kal\u0131nl\u0131kta ICRS\u2019ler, korneadaki asimetrik ve d\u00fczensiz yap\u0131y\u0131 hedef alarak daha kontroll\u00fc bir d\u00fczle\u015ftirme etkisi sa\u011flar. Bu \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde \u00f6zellikle <strong>asimetrik, oval veya pellusid benzeri keratokonus tiplerinde<\/strong> etkili sonu\u00e7lar sunar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada ciddi bir intraoperatif veya postoperatif komplikasyon bildirilmemi\u015ftir.
