This study aims to evaluate the effects of implantable collamer lens (ICL) implantation on the higher-order aberrations of the eye in myopic patients. Refractive values, visual acuity and changes in total, corneal and internal higher-order aberrations before and after ICL implantation were analysed. The findings demonstrate that ICL implantation effectively corrects refractive errors and produces significant changes in higher-order aberrations, particularly in the total ocular and internal components.
